Fresh but elegant and typically Vipava Malvasia
Malvasia is a native variety in Vipava, and Matija Vertovec wrote about it in Vinoreja (1844). On vines of moderate growth, in mid-September, it develops a moderate sugar level. Malvazija Vipava is a malvasia of elegant character. By careful cultivation, we have preserved its characteristic aroma and produced a fresher, yet elegant and typical Vipava malvasia.
